SFXCU under the Belize Credit Union League is regulated by the Central Bank of Belize and governed by an elected Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee and Credit Committee. As a Credit Union, we are member oriented and provide financial services to a certain group of people, our members.
On 10 March 2023, the Governor of the Central Bank of Belize, in his capacity as Registrar, acting in accordance with Section 61 of the Credit Unions Act, appointed an Administrator to SFXCU. Currently SFXCU remains operating under an Administrator.

Meet the Team
Policy making and planning – approving policies, directing operational management and delegating the necessary authority to staff so they can fulfil their job responsibilities. Provide timely communication with management, Board members and various committee, the League and the Registrar. Be Fiduciary responsible to members. Provide continuous supervision and oversight of the credit union’s operation, and ensure there is ongoing training and education, and succession planning.
