Board & Committees

Primary Responsibilities of being a Director or an Officer of the Credit Union.

Board of Directors:  Policy making and planning – approving policies, directing operational Management and delegating the necessary authority to staff so they can fulfill their job responsibilities.  Provide timely communication with management, Board members and varios committee, the League and the Registrar.  Be Fiduciary responsible to members.  Provide continuous supervision and oversight of the credit union’s operation, and ensure there is ongoing training and education, and succession planning.
